What’s in a Title?

Not much without respect.

So what’s more important: to chase a title or to earn trust and respect?

Genuine authority only comes with having done the hard yards, having sacrificed more than others and being prepared to do it all over again. People will follow that. Not a title.

Real title then, can only be affixed to something that already overwhelmingly exists.
