Good news: There is only one authorized film conductor in the picture theatre of your mind, YOU.

Bad news: most of us let others choose the movie, particularly growing up. The outcome is a self-image defined by horror movies, soap operas and reality TV shows involving put-downs, usually by people who matter to us.

Keep your heart with all diligence for out of it spring the issues of life ~ Proverbs 4:23

There is an upside to this truth. It means you don’t have to go far to find the source of your issues! It’s not in him, her or them. Look within. Ouch, I know.

So then, what’s on your mind? Don’t like the picture? Remember, you’re the authorized film conductor. Choose to change the picture on the inside and then watch what ‘springs’ out of it.

‘Issues’ can be good too you know.
